9. How many months is the training programme?

The PQ Internship Programme runs for a total of six (6) months:

  • Month 1: Soft Skills Training, including workplace readiness, communication, professionalism, leadership, and employability skills.

  • Months 2 to 5: Hard Skills Training, focused on your selected technical or vocational pathway.

  • Month 6: Project Work, where learners apply the knowledge and skills acquired throughout the programme to complete practical projects and demonstrate competency.

This structure ensures that participants develop both the professional and technical skills needed for employment, self-employment, or entrepreneurship.

10. Do you have weekend classes?

No. Training sessions are conducted on weekdays only.

One of the eligibility requirements for the PQ Internship Programme is that participants fall within the NEET category, meaning they are Not in Employment, Education, or Training at the time of enrollment.

As a result, participants are expected to be available during weekdays to fully participate in both technical training and programme activities.
